I should correct myself on the brand name of the RMHB energy drinks. I believe they planned on calling them "Rocky Mountain" energy drinks, but they do indeed still own the Rocky Mountain High trademark for beverages, at least the last time I looked they did.
I assumed they would break it out and put it to use at some point when THC infused drinks are legalized, which I still believe will happen at some point once proper regulation is approved and implemented.
A major U.S. distributor spoke with the RMHB management team a while back expressing their excitement over the prospect of hooking up with them once the THC infused beverage market receives the legal green light.
They are well aware that the trademark Rocky Mountain High is a perfect fit, and with our delicious beverage formulas, switching from CBD infusion to THC infusion would be very nearly as simple as closing one valve and opening another. The potential is MASSIVE, and RMHB is well positioned to hit the ground running.
