Well, we are 6 weeks past the end of Q1 and 6 weeks left till June 30th. It's crunch time
I'd like to revisit a post from Chiro a few days ago. It's post 3997. I don't know how to copy and past but he stated:
Edgar is the filing system the SEC uses. So to file with the SEC you send your paperwork through Edgar then its reviewed and on to Nasdaq.
So is it my understanding as soon as Doc files, it will show up on Edgar and we can see it?
Is there a delay? Can it be done confidentially somehow? Is it for sure public? Is it safe to say if we don't see anything by June 30th Doc missed the deadline?
If anyone knows for sure I thought it might make it more clear. Thanks
