Neglience is unintentional, intentional or grossly negligent? Thats the SEC 's job as they are tasked to protect the publics intererest and the general investment community. Process requires they allow an opportunity for a company to offer a response to show and present their evidence of why QUANTUM should be allowed to be traded and or penalized The court case alone will not stand as the sole basis for disregard timely filing's with extensions so I expect a fine and 30 day grace period to complete the filings as the intent was not to mislead investors or the investment community in general!
