Micro, I also noticed the portion of the proxy statement that you quoted. Interesting stuff! If they are not being hampered by the aggressions of Hamas, which may not be a reasonable assumption, then we could possibly hear that they have reached the target depth of 19,000+ ft in 3-6 weeks. I think that is pretty exciting stuff!

In the past, there was always a flurry of speculative buying just before they hit their target depth. This time there is no movement at all or maybe even down a bit. I find that odd. Oh well! (Pun intended)
