In 2020 Seafarer worked with the various State of Florida governmental agencies involved to update and consolidate all of these environmental permits solely under the Company’s name. The State of Florida Bureau of Archeological Research (“FBAR”) had ordered the Company not to disturb the ocean’s bottom while the changes and updates to the Company’s permits were in process. Some requests of change are questionable to the Company. Since the issuance of the USACE and FLDEP environmental permits, FBAR has continued to stop or delay ground disturbance in Seafarer’s legally permitted area with ongoing questions and requests.
Real salvors FIRST obtain ownership rights BEFORE commencing operations.
As I have said before, this is one of the dumbest business models I have ever seen.
