I think the situation is good, believe it or not. In the end it's a WIN!
New hires and old timers wouldn't be sticking around if they didn't see the growth happening on a daily basis from inside the company.
----> With the freeze on and getting current with the financials the next open will be after the release of the 10K and Q's. If, BIG IF, there is significant revenue everyone that has followed QTMM will want in. Positive financials will draw the interest of outsiders and BOOM! I think this will have a profound impact on the stock price.
