Figgs..there you go again with smack-a-mole...this was ALWAYS going to happen organically...the India event puts more pressure on the folks at the FDAS' both here and abroad...We are sending in OREGON (LL) firefighters to other regions of the world that can't handle the wildfire with the teams they have on alert. There is NO shifting ...these events are running in Tandem...Whoever pulls the trigger gets the prize...
