I agree with most of your post. The bottom line is quite simple with investors in High Risk Penny stocks. If one hasn't lost money on a Penny that was 'just around the corner', they haven't played too long in the sand box.

Everyone is hungry for info, Rumors are key to investing. Hence the phrase; 'Buy on the Rumor, Sell on the News'.

As you now, it's Buying that is the key, as it sets your basis.
