The SEC 180day extension was etched in stone! The clock ran out and process took over. SEC process of reinstatement is per regulation after delay's in filing. Pasaca attorney' s IMO weighed in but without the court decision a closing could not occur and really hamstrung as to what to to do but let the clock run!! Prima facie evidence of the company's intention has been established IMO and the process of filing 10k's is underway! Get the reports filed including the 3-31-21 and its game on! It's all good!
