Well, obviously current shareholders will have 49 percent and Pacasa 51 percent.
So, total shares will double from whatever the count is the day before that. I don't know what the count will be before the doubling.
None of us want to say the words "reverse split" but I got the feeling you're thinking it. lol. I have said it often, the goal is uplisting!
An RS in the service of actual uplisting is viable strategy for a penny stock. We end up with fewer shares but better outlook for share appreciation on a legit exchange.
Will we need an RS? Your guess is as good as mine. It depends on a lot of variables and all are hypothetical at this point.
