Try this on for size, how about Samsung send several hundred liters of Leronlimab in a tank by plane to Macleod in India. And they fill and finish into vials in India. Win-win situation, while cost-saving.
That shouldn't be too hard for the FDAs of these countries (other than the US) to put into place by the time Samsung can fly a shiny new tank of Leronlimab to Macleod in late Summer?
