Ted,
I have looked at a couple of OTC traded stocks that are more delinquent in their filling status. I will provide one as an example
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DUTV/disclosure. the difference in this example is they did not issue any "Press Releases" while in a delinquent status. and avoided a suspension
Mr. Squires tried to circumvent the process by filing press releases in the form of the "8K" from other Companies/Organizations while in a "Delinquent Filing Status.
The SEC frowns upon anyone running any type of a PR campaign while in a Delinquent filing status before they are current.
The SEC and FINRA are there to try to protect Investors.
Mr.; Squires has to come clean on all fronts
Not like there was not enough time or no one knew
If it were up to me, I would fly to Austin and "FIRE SQUIRES"
