I understand your point of view but as HY stated and I do believe Joe referred the S1 (Originally) was supposed to be as Clean As a Baby's Behind.....
They had ample Time to get it done....and here we are....waiting for...?????
Joe stated for Investors to call DJ and they were informed of what needed to be done.....why would Joe NOT know this same info...or he knows and waiting for more Ducks to Arrive at the Pond....
I maybe off base but Genie is a holding company & NuGenie is an Entity solely relying on the Vaccine with other Asia Incentives....then again I Probably Am Just Mistaken....in my logic
