Thank goodness RB Capital supported PCTL in getting rid of the 447 million warrants! I'll take 54 million compared to 447 million. 54 million PCTL shares were traded in 3 hours and 54 minutes a week ago Friday...
To think: RB Capital agreed to convert shares at .10, .15 and .20 cents!
