i have wondered the same. if we complete a trial in Brazil, and hit our PE - does the FDA take that data and give us an EUA? Or does it have to be a U.S. - based trial? I would think the data is what it is - and we should get an approval. but the FDA damn sure hasn't bent over backwards to help - so maybe not?
