On the global stage...paying attention to the potential of a fiasco is the reason we have a government...listening to science is how we go to war on the problem....IF we had approached this like a military action... we would have had boots on the ground strategically and not let the enemy OVERRUN us...as has been the case.
IF this had been a military action, this would have been declared a defeat and heads would have already rolled. The military looks at any previous history with the combatant and acts accordingly. We pretended/ignored it for almost a year, through a mistakenly optic eye that did not see.. hoping politically it would go away...it didn't...that eye has been closed.. but,.. the disease waves continue to assault our shores.
