Leronlimab binds to the N terminus and the second extracellular loop so where's the problem?
With narsoplimab it blocks the complement activation pathway that can induce a cytokine storm but leaves the classical (much stronger) and alternative pathway for the cytokine storm to develop. Leronlimab blocking the chemokines takes care of all three pathways.
