If I understand things correctly, any PO from the Philippines would be a PO from Chiral which would take orders from the hospitals. Therefore I am fairly confident there will be a PO this week because Chiral has probably given Cytodyn a heads up.
They should know about quantities demanded because they are Cytodyn's boots on the ground.
Chiral may have some presense in India as well. It is hard to find much info on Chiral on the internet. Anyone have any insights?
