Right, but Joe told everyone to contact DJ to find out news about the listing, and they say as soon as NGIO puts in a new S-1, so it looks like everyone is waiting on them to do it and so now that wait is on.
So then, once again, the ball is in the court of NGIO and not with DJ or anyone else. Not the SEC, not DJ, but Joe and team. So why couldn’t they announce that on the CC that they have to file a new S-1?
They need to get it filed and do it now. It’s way overdue…
