Does Merck know anything about GNBT/NGIO efforts other than as a supplier of Keytruda for the combo cancer study? One would expect there has been communication by now.
I think getting the IND approval puts GNBT/NGIO on everyone's radar. A successful phase one is typically when the discussions of partnerships and buyouts starts. Frequently those deals get completed upon successful phase 3 completion.
