Nobody knows what LLMab does outside of binding to CCR5 receptor's... It could bind to either a spike or envelope protein on this or any other virus. That research hasn't been done; nobody can say.
But The Bruce Patterson did identify a difficult to explain drop in circulating SARS2 virions. Whether it's LLMab directly or indirectly (by immune modulation) acting on the virions, it (according to BP) absolutely effects the virus (and thus, the course of disease).
This all depends on what you think of BP's findings.
