NTEK doesn't have the rights to any of these films. Cease and Desist orders have been signed and delivered, including one the studio I work for, who is the legal rights holder of one of the films touted in the email.

I realize Foley doesn't care as he is going to prison anyway, but know that copyright can extend to those illegally watching content as well.

Of course, Foley is welcome to answer all legal CAD at his leisure, and he is welcome to come on this board and prove he has any legal right to distribute any of those films digitally, but he won't since he doesn't.
