Any Sales will be a great boost. There has been no increase in price since mention of phillipines sales, instead an increase to the shorting of shares. If we went up to $10 on rumor that there would be sales in phillipines I would agree with your statement however we have gone down. So given that info any sales should give the SP a very nice boost up.
