I also understood that they could submit the ind after the 18th of may and update it with the CMC which should be ready by the 1st of July. So, I also expect phase I in august.
For China if I remember well, they also have to wait for the clinical results (and then the CMC). Hopefully, they will be faster with the trials.
Waiting for the transcript to check all of this as English is not my mother tangue.
