On your “1) Vaccine IND submission”, start listening to the CC audio around the 27 minute mark. It sounds to me that when the CNC is completed by May 18th, the final IND version can be submitted very soon after because Joe then goes on to talk about the Phase 1 trial being completed in a month’s time. Phase 1 would have to be part of the IND submission before it could begin.
