$IRCE ... easy trade... nice NEWS out today..reversing. Look at the TINY volume for the last year for this thin UNDER THE RADAR stock. 5 million float, only 2 million volume today made it close STRONG at a gain of 72%!!!!  52 week high above 9 CENTS... Look at it. I think i'm onto something with this one.
