I haven’t seen it yet but Cytodyn has not applied fog EUa anywhere without first knowing if it was a good possibility. Keep in mind when many investors thought months ago U.S EUA was a near certainty and Cytodyn did not formally apply because they asked US FDA and were told basically don’t bother we want more data. I would have to think Chiral Dr Nicholas and others have been getting (yellow/turning green light) for CYDY EUA in phillipines or a straight out (Green light Go!)
