Manila is 12 hrs ahead of EST, so it's 1:30 am Monday now. I searched the One News twitter feed but no mention of the interview pending or completed. The site was barren for a news outlet and looked like fluff with their "welcome summer" header. They are defined as a pay-tv service, according to several sources, but what that means exactly in their culture, who knows? Maybe it's being done live at 8am their time. Or maybe the interview has been done, but they withheld it to generate a bigger audience? It seems more likely that if they had big news they would either report it or serve up a teaser to generate bigger viewership. Whatever the case, let's hope it lights a fire under the PI FDA to act. Until last year, at least, the station was affiliated with Bloomberg.
