Depends on how the ordering process works . If the PO is coming from the government (highly unlikely) or if its a consolidated order from multiple hospitals to Chiral its feasible ..... If the orders are coming from individual hospitals , then your order $$ number is way too high for several reasons but mainly because of the limitations to each hospital because of the compassionate use label.
