Apply some common sense.
They claim AE37 (owned by Nugenerex) has had a reputable, independent valuation of $500,000,000
Generex is majority owner of Nugenerex.
but Generex is valued at only $30,000,000
What is this telling you?
The IPO has been on hold since Sept, almost 8 months
Dawson James isnt raising capital for Nugenerex in the same universe of $500,000,000 valuation, if at all, 8 months and counting
Is it so hard to connect the dots?
