The last S1 filed by NGIO was on 9/14/20...and it included financial information info till quarter ended 4/30/20...my guess is GNBT/NGIO is waiting for 4/30/21 financial information to be ready so it can be included in the updated S1.

Today is 5/8/21, so maybe we will see S1 filed next week...
