This is a guess for first PO, it all has to start somewhere. If hospitals have to place their own orders (100 doses each), 200 doses would be a great order. It doesn't mean there are 50 more behind it.
This is the start. We don't have an EUA so it's going to start small, we can't expect to 1000's of doses in one PO.
My guess first PO is for 100 doses @ $750. First week 800 doses total. It will snowball from there!
