I agree for a couple of reasons -
1. can the plaintiffs appeal a win? Not likely.
2. the case is on record and QMC can use it for the Gates case discovery phase
3. less than $400K and attorneys cost is far less than losing shares would cost ultimately.
4. Gates case can start IN TEXAS!
5. Its now known how many shares are needed for Pasaca to buy 51 percent of QMC.
