So Shorter George can "borrow" shares of CYDY, but just hold those shares, not actually taking a short postion, just wait to see what the movement and news looks like, and if he wants, just return the borrowed shares, no effect upon the share price. Maybe that is part of the confusing difference between volume shorted and short interest? Can only hedge funds etc. do that, not us common street investors?
