We are where we are because of NP. The good the bad and the ugly. Is NP honest or dishonest? If I thought NP was dishonest , I wouldn't invest a penny in CYDY. HE must have been told that Amerex completed their job and the BLA was ready to be submitted. He submitted the BLA. He informed us of what he thought he had done. The FDA came back and said the application was not completed to its satisfaction. There was no lie, just a misunderstanding or mix up in semantics commonly used by two very different organizations. It was, however, a big one.
