Minor correction so as to not set expectations in error:
Hospitals are approved to stock enough LL to treat 100 patients so that LL can be given immediately vs. having to wait for shipment (there has already been one case where LL didn't get to the patient in time). Its up to each hospital to decide how much they actually want to stock. I think there were 43 hospitals.
