The point of my post, which was actually quite clear, is that I think that partnering with an entity skilled in filing BLAs is not a bad idea. I never said CYDY needed to get bought out or give away the store, just partner with someone (or hire someone) who knows how to do this. HIV should have been a slam dunk by now. I have complete faith that it still can be, with the BLA in the right hands.
