Pokey, the way I heard it, the IND can be finalized and submitted once the 5/18 lot of vaccine is produced.
The 6-8 week stability period needs to pass before Ph I can start.
Not sure if it was a slip that he isn't saying Phase I/Ph II but only Phase I...
