But I wonder to what end a PR of this type is issued: to bring down the pps ???
PRs must provide certain data / information, not linked to indefinite variables!
Obviously such a loan arouses indifference or bewilderment in potential investors !!
If tomorrow the "ifs" and "in the near future" will prevail, it is better to postpone the cc!
