Craig...I certainly don't always agree with your very ascerbic way of characterizing events...borders on bashing..I do agree however that we will sit and watch the death toll grow higher and higher until someone/some agency grows big ones...and pulls the trigger on mitigation..it's a small word with huge implications for the sick...I don't believe you are short...but, not particularly tall either.
