I was under the impression that the EUA had to be issued from the country of origin before any other country could issue one. The country of origin is US, so haw can PH or any other country issue one before US? Please correct me if I am misinformed. Just trying to understand the process and have perspective as far as EUA. Believe me, I want to be wrong on this but would appreciate clarification.
