Something I posted at stocktwits that I think is a suitable reply in this instance. You seem to have little idea of why the trial failed and that it can be fixed.

Both the mild/moderate and severe critical trials were so extremely flawed to the point a significant p value could not be met except under very narrow circumstances. Which doesn't mean it doesn't work, it just means we need new trials with a proper protocol, which we should have in Brazil. Even with no IV, 2 doses instead of 4, a skew of the sickest patient population to leronlimab and a much larger severe population which would tend to throw mortality out the window. leronlimab showed benefit.
We know the basis of the majority of deaths is the cytokine storm, we know leronlimab reduces that storm dramatically so yes it works and properly constructed trials will show it works with scientific certainty.
