According to a response I got from QMCs investor relations in regards to: “What is the anticipated timeline for release of the rest of the SEC filings in order to get current and in compliance with SEC requirements?” They responded, “ We are striving for end of May”!

If in fact they are able to get them all in by end of May, it won’t be much longer before we know what their current financial situation is.
