What I don't get is, why they actually need further dilution at all.
One of the most important positives I took from the PR last week was that GNBT/NGIO has received additional $2m from China.
Is that still not sufficient to pay all the bills? How about getting additional payments from Malaysia/Bintai?
Does anybody now?
