There is motivation for Pedima on this, assuming they have orders backing up their PO and they can sell close to the suggested retail. Hell even if they sell at a 25% premium to what they paid, that's a decent return.

Still need something more tangible to get this off the ground and hoping we have that by 5/17 (worst case would be 5/20 if they file late). All of this has material impact to the company, so they can't play around too much with this info, especially with the court charges in play.
