Though it does calm me to see that others share the feelings I have regarding our investment here, I'm also sorry to realize it, too, as it is grating on the ol' psyche and I wouldn't wish that on good folks who feel as we do.
I've got everything I have that's liquid in the pot. I even bought shares when it began that exciting ride last year, buying at over $8 a share thinking it would surely hit $50. Not the first time I've been bitten un the keister, but it sure smarted a whole lot more than the other times. I haven't sold one share yet, and remind myself constantly that I got into this because of the science.
The science hasn't changed, and folks are still dying despite our cure. When I think of that, it makes me realize that even though my investment isn't doing what it should, I've got nothing to bitch about. It's gonna come, though- some way, and soon. It has to. There's nothing else out there.
I only wish Dr. Woodblock would see that, too. Actually, I have the feeling that she has.
