The article says the LL is "being distributed for free". Meaning that the patients don't have to pay for the LL, mayabe the gov't did "buy and pay for it"????
If yes, that would be a boost for the CC on Wednesday.....revenue.
Perhaps the LL for the 28 Criticals was free, now the additional 400 vials were paid for???
