A few very recent topics since the last CC....(what'd I forget?)
Critical cv19 patient in the UK, 2 1/2 months on ECMO, given remdesivir and other SOC. No help...Finally, given LL, 3 days later....off ECMO. 2 weeks later, walks out of hospital.
Similar story critical patient in the Philippines.
Similar story former Philippine Pres Estrada (on vent & only for a week)
Philippines increasing their "allocation" of LL from 100,000 to 200,000 vials.
Philippines orders enough LL for 28 critical patients.
Philippines orders 400 more vials of LL.
Philippines passes a bill whereby every hospital can stock enough LL for 100 folks.
HIV expecting full FDA approval in July.
