rbtree, you might be right.

A previous rumor indicated there was to be some sort of vote last week and SRGE news this week.  However, it wasn't from a very reliable source and was unclear if it related to the Feb 11th MSJ PR, about acquired SRGE operations and properties.   Probably wasn't since the MSJ PR stated the deal in a past tense (not current or future tense, as if things were still to be worked with SRGE).  Likely was some kind of share exchange deal if I were to guess.

Regardless, will be interesting to see what else unfolds on this SRGE story now that the mainstream news is getting more involved.
