Not sure why they would do that. Can't potential suitors just talk to the company? If they get their due diligence from PRs that would be a suspect company for sure.

But if that is the case that's better than lately where it seems the PRs found potential sue ers(or sewers) from all these pop up book law firms with degrees from Joes bait shop and law degrees.com, they sell alot of leeches...
